Designed for riders who need a touring-ready solution at hand, the YPSOS in an ultra-lightweight helmet, certified for both alpine skiing and climbing. Experience safe and comfortable skiing thanks to high-performance features such as the Top Strike PC shield, removable headlamp clips and earpads, and a thermoregulating merino-lyocell lining. Part of our eco-design approach, the plastic and fabric parts of the YPSOS are made from recycled materials.

This ultra-lightweight helmet is CE EN 1077 and CE EN 12492 certified to meet the demands of alpine skiing and climbing. It features removable headlamp clips and earpads, and a reinforced outer shell with a Top Strike PC shield for optimal protection, even off the beaten track.

+ THERMOREGULATING WOOL-LYOCELL LINING

The thermoregulating wool-lyocell lining helps maintain an ideal body temperature, ensures high breathability, and dries quickly for optimal comfort. Lyocell fibers, obtained from naturally renewable raw materials (mainly wood), stand out for their natural softness and antibacterial properties.

At Bollé, we don't claim we are going to save the planet, but we do strive to reduce our impact. From AW22-23 onwards, all our new winter sports products are eco-designed with more than 20% recycled or bio-based materials (percentage in weight). For instance, we use recycled polystyrene for the inner shell and recycled polycarbonate for the outer shell of our helmets. As for them, our goggles' frame and adjusters are made with renewable castor oil.
